Our minimum order value is $50. This helps us keep delivery costs low and ensures you get the best value on fresh produce. Orders under $50 cannot be processed at checkout.

Place your order by 6:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 6 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following business day. Weekend orders placed after 6 PM Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Ordering is simple! Browse our collections or use the Quick Order page, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also use our Build My Box feature to create custom bundles and save 15%.

Yes, you can modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. Simply contact our support team at 1300-905-418 or email support@deliverfresh.au with your order number and requested changes.

We currently deliver across the Melbourne metropolitan area, covering suburbs from the CBD to outer suburbs including Point Cook, Craigieburn, Dandenong, Footscray, Toorak, Brunswick, and more. Use the postcode checker in our header to verify your area.

Deliveries are made between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM the next business day. Our drivers start early to ensure your produce arrives at peak freshness before your day begins.

Delivery is free on orders over $200. For orders between $50 and $200, a flat delivery fee of $9.95 applies. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

We don't currently offer specific time slot selection. All deliveries are made during our morning window of 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM. We're working on adding time slot selection in the near future. You'll receive an SMS notification when your delivery is on its way.

Absolutely! Our produce is harvested within 24-48 hours of delivery. We source directly from local Victorian farms, bypassing middlemen to get the freshest produce to your door. Our cold chain is maintained from farm to delivery van.

If a product becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll notify you via SMS or email and offer a suitable substitute or a refund for that item. You can set your substitution preferences in your account settings.

We offer a 100% freshness guarantee. If any product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll provide a full refund or replacement on the affected items. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you receive a product that doesn't meet your standards, take a photo within 24 hours of delivery and contact us at support@deliverfresh.au or call 1300-905-418. Include your order number and the photo, and we'll resolve it within the same business day.

Yes, we accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. Please take a photo of the product showing the issue and contact our support team. We'll arrange a refund or replacement credit for your next order.
