DeliverFresh Pty Ltd works with selected third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to provide customers with a wide range of fresh produce, poultry, dairy and other grocery products.

Certain products may be sourced, packed, stored and delivered directly by our authorised supply partners.

Our partners are required to maintain the licences, registrations and food safety procedures applicable to the activities they perform, including appropriate storage, handling and transportation of temperature-sensitive products.

DeliverFresh remains your primary point of contact for orders, payments, customer service, delivery enquiries, complaints and applicable refunds or replacements.

Product availability and delivery arrangements may vary depending on your location and our fulfilment partners.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.
