Return and Refund Policies


1. Introduction

At DeliverFresh, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. This policy explains how damaged, incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory items are handled for all orders placed through our website, app, or approved platforms.

2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Defective Items

If items arrive damaged, spoiled, leaking, expired, or in poor condition, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Issues must be reported before 5:00 PM (Melbourne time) on the day of delivery.

3. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item different from what was ordered, DeliverFresh will replace the item or issue a refund or credit.

4. Missing ItemsIf

If an item is missing from your order, please contact DeliverFresh as soon as possible. We will investigate and arrange a replacement, refund, or credit where applicable.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 3:00 PM (Melbourne time) on the day the order is placed. Requests after this time may not be accepted.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Process

Physical returns are generally not required for perishable goods. Customers must contact DeliverFresh before 5:00 PM on the day of delivery and follow instructions provided by customer support.


8. Perishable Items

Perishable goods must be stored appropriately upon delivery. If authority to leave is provided, responsibility transfers upon delivery.

9. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies if goods are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description, or are not fit for purpose.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
